Snow Day!

Today was a snow day. Actually, the last two days have been snow days, but today was the grande finale of the storm. It's cold and icy and downright nasty outside, but also really beautiful with the ice glittering on the trees. Here is a picture of my favorite lilac tree. It has thus far withstood two years of my own personal use and now the ice. It will survive!

And what did we, the four-legged members of the family do whilst Mom was out slinging the snow around?

Well.... Mom Quincy and I cuddled up for our morning nap. That's Quincy on the left with her arm around me.

And in the afternoon, it was time to find our very own sunbeams to nap in. Hessie and Roxie shared a sunbeam... they share everything! I got my own!

Here's a better pix of my own special sunbeam. Cool, huh?

This last picture is of Hessie trying to grab my dumbbell from me. I love my dumbbells! I have them in all colors; orange, green, purple, blue. Whenever you see me, a dumbbell will most likely be very close by!

A lazy day for us! I do like snow days!
