Well, Mom did it! Team Quincy did really well at the Rally meet! You have to Qualify in three different trials to earn your title and Quincy pulled it through, even though Mom was a nervous wreck!

On Friday, their first time EVER doing Rally, Mom and Mom Quincy scored a 96 out of 100 for a third place finish (and the all-important green ribbon meaning she Qualified). Saturday, Team Quincy earned a 97 and a tie for first place, but since Mom is so s l o w they got second place on time and the ever wanted green ribbon. Sunday, Team Quincy was tiiiiiiiired. They scored just a 94 for fourth place but still Qualified. That third Q meant that Mom Quincy earned her Rally Novice title and now her name is Quincy Adams of Washington Way, CD RN. Oh yeah! And here is a pix of Quincy with her ribbons:

Meanwhile, what was Roxie doing? Was Roxie practicing for HER Rally start? Nooooooooo.... The Rox was snoozing on the back of a chair like a cat wtching the squirrels!

I was curled up next to Dad :)
All for now....

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww Congratulations on Quincy! How exciting! I didn;t know it was still "show" time. For some reason I thought it was a seasonal thing - like fall!

And Rebel is adorable - they all are - but I love his "Voice" - and I must say his Robin Hood costume won 1st place in my book!

Rebel...you're growing up so quickly! Congrats to Quincy. Mom's talked about rally for me, but for now, it's agility and that makes me very happy.

Hey Rebel,
It's me, Rubin of Rubinations. I logged in under my business account instead of my mom's blog account. Complicated, I know.

Thanks for the comment on my swimming adventures. I am truly part poodle and part lab -- love to swim, love to bark at the door, love to fetch, and am a finicky eater (the poodle part).

Jumping into swimming pools? Definitely the Labrador!

I understand the lapse in posting. Life with humans is busy, yes?
