Ha ha ha!!!! Poor Mom Quincy!

Mom has a bee in her bonnet again. This time, Mom thinks Quincy should train and do Rally! That means Quincy, my dog mom, has to train every day in the living room and go to classes on Wednesday nights. OK, Quincy gets lots of extra treats, but then Mom takes the rest of us into the living room and puts us through OUR paces and we get treats too.

Roxie is being trained to follow Quincy's footsteps, but she'll do Rally first and then Obedience.

Hessie freezes up when she has to 'perform', so Mom thinks she will just be a couch potato. Hessie loves to walk on a leash during the walks around the block, but make her 'sit' or 'stay' and she just melts down and starts shaking. Wimp!

I do what I want. Sometimes I walk real nice for Mom, but other times I'll walk where I want. I'm really good at 'sit', and passable on 'down', but 'stay' is a foreign word to me.

Anyway... getting back to Quincy.... she is really practicing for the Rally Match coming up in two weeks. Mom is a nervous wreck, but Quincy is calm and cool. Quincy thinks it is already in the bag because she already has her Novice Obedience title. Little does Quincy know but if she does well, she is going on to Rally Advanced... and then Rally Excellence.... and then back to Obedience Open.

I'm just glad it is Quincy and not me!!!

Here is a picture of mom Quincy with her ribbons from the three Obedience Trials she went to when she earned her title!
